I didn't lose 20 pounds but I am an inch taller! I had occasion to be measured a few weeks after the surgery. The measuring person read the ruler - "5 foot 4 inches" she said. No way... I'm not that tall. Okay, she said, a touch under 5 foot 4 inches. I've never been taller than 5 foot 3 inches on a good day.... Guess standing up straighter now helps! Funny thing. I didn’t lose 20 pounds but I am an inch taller!
